Where is my receipt?

Please check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@cordason.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

Processing and Shipping

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days

Note: Please double check your order address. Lost orders will become delayed and any inquiries must be handled through the respective shipping service (via the provided tracking number).

Cancellations and Returns

Most products are made to order, thus any cancellations must be submitted within the 2-hr window after purchase.

Return requests must be submitted within the 30-day period following order delivery.

It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the item is returned in the same condition, and ensure that it's packed properly and protected during shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the original order a refund will be approved for you within 24-hrs. Note: Refunds will not be approved for wrong, damaged, or missing items.
